Objectives
The main goal of the project was to replace the existing metal roofing with a more durable material suitable for the high humidity and corrosion conditions present in the car wash facility. The aim was to improve the building’s longevity and energy efficiency through the selection of advanced materials capable of withstanding South Dakota’s harsh environment and extreme temperatures.
Achievements
The project successfully implemented new roofing using the 2.50 mm blue TK5 profile, a material that offers superior resistance to humidity and corrosion compared to the previous metal roofs. The installation of finishing pieces and accessories manufactured with the same technology ensured a robust, leak-free construction.

In a highly demanding environment, the plant’s roofs were affected by corrosion issues that compromised functionality and safety. To ensure a durable and efficient solution, Klar worked alongside SC Ingeniería to rehabilitate the coverings, replacing the damaged materials with more resistant and high-performance options.
