Objectives
The project was led by the company Syntheon, which chose to use Klar’s PVC corrugated panels to equip the operations staff building at the Haquira project—one of the largest undeveloped copper deposits in the world—located in the Apurímac region at over 3,600 meters above sea level.
Achievements
Given the changing weather conditions of the Peruvian highlands, the use of 2.5 mm TK5 panels was recommended for both the roofing and enclosure of the modules. A 20 cm overhang on each side was included to prevent water and dirt infiltration along the walls.
